rock corps @ royal albert hall

soundcheck during yesterday's rock corps show. the first of the automatic's UK tour that we left cardiff on thursday night for.

that's lethal bizzle onstage soundchecking, and if you can pick him out, frost (the automatic's guitarist) is on the floor there watching. bloody scary up at the top of the albert hall too!! haha.. thought i was gonna fall off :)

managed to catch some of busta rhymes too which was pretty amazing. he's a big old chap too! the size of his and john legend's security was ridiculous! not the sort of guys you wanna mess with, though exceedingly polite as demonstrated when i walked into 'legend's dressing room thinking it was catering! haha....

yo! so, i'm sat in the hotel restaurant at the park plaza in cardiff where i've been stopping for a few days. eggs benedict down and white chocolate cheesecake on the way... mint! left london town on thursday for a month on the road with the automatic and my second stop brings me here for a wee bit. first up was the vodafone live music awards at brixton academy on thursday night which went greatttt. got to see the pussycat dolls too (hotter than i thought!) who were hanging out and performing and lewis hamilton was with them too! kinda fun, and the papparazzo definitely thought so as they very ungentlemenly pinned me against the wall try and snap their photos when i was trying to do was get to the dressing room hahah :)
the boys are playing in barcelona tonight but i got stuff to do here (and i'm super excited to get a few days in one place here to get my shit straight before the tour starts haha).. never had such a hectic few weeks in my life! dropped them at bristol airport yesterday evening, but due to everyone west of reading seemingly crashing their cars at the same time, the flight to spain was missed, so i left them last night safely tucked up in the holiday inn at bristol airport (after a wellll nice dinner!) and came back to cardiff to my poshness and spa hotel haha. spent today trying to get all my final bits straight for tour, just finished most of the laminate design, took a stroll in the sun, edited some websites and hung out with jamie (the automatic's old guitar tech who's now in get cape) as i haven't seen him in about forever.
according to jamie we're hitting some gay club in town tonight before some parties so i've gotta do my best not to be out till the sun's up, as i'm packing my shit up and driving to newcastle first thing in the morning! gotta pick the boys up from the airport with all the gear and we're up there for a couple of days before we head back here to wales for some pre-production with all the fancy lights that are being brought in for the tour!
proper excited for the tour and it's gonna be amazzzzing so any of you folks that didn't get your tickets yet, you better get on it!

ANYWAY. my cheesecake's here and it looks amazzzzing so i'm gonna go stuff my face then go hotel-spa it up!
