The Liverpool Academy stop on the NME New Bands Tour 2006 fell on the same night as the Eurovision Song Contest. In between all the bands cheering on Lordi in the dressing room, they got dragged upstairs to play a show, before scampering back down again to see what they'd missed...
The partying after the show was pretty brutal too (not that I really remember any of it). Liverpool's always so much fun!
